Pierre Ambroise is a recurring character in Touch of Magic. He is the ex-boyfriend of Payton Silverstone and current boyfriend of Jade Miller.
He is a wizard of the Ambroise Bloodline and magical royalty as the true king of Solos. He is part of The Ambroise Family and with strong connections to The Silverstones.
Life
Early Life
Pierre was born in France in a lower-ranked branch of the Ambroise family. As a young child he was close with his older brother and his cousin Thea. When Lilliam and Christopher get killed, Pierre's parents try to protect their sons and send Bash away to Boarding School in the UK, and they raise their remaining two sons with little knowledge of magic.
However they notice that their sons are growing weaker, and after a decade of hiding Pierre's parents decide to execute the pact they had with Lillian Silverstone, sending Pierre over to America to grow stronger from the Silverstone's power. Upon his departure, his magic gets cloaked, as to not draw unwanted attention, and he gets a fake last name to hide his identity.
Arriving in Waterfall Creek, Pierre is unaware of his parents' plan to make him stronger so he lives a normal life. He meets Payton Silverstone and they start a relationship soon after. Their relationship grows stronger, to the point where Pierre talks to Bash about being in love with Payton. Upon this conversation, Pierre discovers Bash has been keeping in touch with a witch he met as a child. Upon discovering her name, Pierre confronts his parents.
Furious that his parents kept Payton and Claire's existence from him, he grows estranged from them. He breaks up with Payton, pretending to cheat on her, and asks Bash to never tell her about him because she deserves a life that isn't built upon a lie. Pierre leaves America and goes to travel the world with his cousin Thea.
In Prague, he notices he has been followed by an Anconi Spy. Upon realizing she wasn't there to hurt him, they connect and ultimately fall in love. Pierre learns Jade is the sister of Alyssa, who has allied herself with the Silverstones. He knows the change of dynamics in vampire politics pose a threat, and so he decides to reveal his identity to Payton and her family.
After the initial shock, Payton recognizes him as another royal and they make amends, with Pierre explaining he asked Bash not to say anything and expressing his approval of Jason. Payton and Pierre workd on several spells together in preparation for the battle to come.
Season Six
When Jade is sent to Waterfall Creek , Pierre is a bit sceptic at first. However he does join Jade after a while and works along with her and Alyssa to find a plan. When Jade has to return to Europe, she doesn't want to leave him behind, but Pierre makes sure they stay in touch.
After a while, Jade starts to feel guilty for their long-term relationship, and breaks up with him so he can find someone better for him. However Pierre won't have it,and he travels to Andros. There he offers himself to the Anconi, to be their advisor and their council in taking down the Millers and The Silverstones all at once.
Jade is mad at him for risking his life like that, but when he gets accepted into The Anconi they can finally begin with their plan, plotting it together.
Throughout the next few months, Pierre finds out the difficulties of communicating with the people in Waterfall Creek. He then tries to use his brother as a middle man. He learns Bash has began dating Chloë Curtis, and is concerned about the nature of their relationship. However current matters don't allow him to elaborate on it more, and he proceeds to asking Bash' help, which he receives.
After several months, Jade and a team get send to Waterfall Creek to lay the groundworks for a big attack. Once they arrive back in town, Jade and Pierre fake their own deaths in an altercation with the local people. Assumed death, they now have the time to be together, while they help the others prepare for the incoming attack.
It is their information that proves to be valuable, and it gives them a big advantage in the battle. However despite having the upper hand the Anconi has some backup plans, and one of them is able to wound Pierre severely. Pierre is visibly dying when Payton finds him, and tries to heal him. Pierre refuses this and instead Payton promise to save her strength and that she will live. Jade is being held back by Jason as Pierre looks at her and mouths that he loves her.
